Crossover Seat

I'm looking for SUV's and/or crossovers that will allow us to install enough car seats. Hubby isn't totally opposed to another minivan, but really doesn't want one if we can find what we need in an SUV/crossover.
Our children we'll need to fit into the vehicle:
DS1 - almost 5, 41 lbs, Graco Nautilus
DS2 - 19 months, 24 lbs, RF in True Fit or MyRide65
LO on the way - BabyTrend FlexLoc
At least two times/week we also transport various nieces/nephews, and we generally use our Avenue for that...but sometimes have to use their seats (Safety 1st Summit Deluxe which is a BEAST and another seat very similar to the Avenue...dont know what it is off the top of my head). Generally the extra children are RF, but by next year not all of them will be.
So at bare minimum, I need to fit my three children and 1 other plus us two adults...it'd be really nice if I had the option for 2 extra car seats. Ideally I'd like to have my two DS in the back seat next to each other with room for an adult next to them, but not sure that's going to happen in an SUV/crossover.
Oh, and DH is 6'6', and has to have the drivers seat ALL the way back in any vehicle...so that really limits our options behind the drivers seat, esp for RF seats.
So...anything that meets our needs? I like the looks of the Chevy Traverse, but I'm guessing that I'm not going to be able to get enough seats in it when I go try it out in person...

On paper the CR-V even has more room in that seat than the larger-sized up Honda Pilot and is the only compact crossover that we could drive all day with a car seat in place. The cargo hold is deep. For more than a decade, Dodge has been selling the Journey, a midsize crossover SUV with an available third-row seat. Today it comes in SE, Crossroad, and GT trim, equipped with a 4-cylinder or V6 engine and front-wheel or all-wheel drive. Value is the name of this game, along with innovative storage solutions. This midsized crossover offers a 3rd-row seating, accommodating seven passengers. It's powered by a 3.3-liter v6 engine that is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission that pushes power to either the front wheels of the car or the all-wheel drivetrain. This depends on which driver pack you choose. The amount of rear stowage in addition to its expanded capacity with the second-row seats folded should be a major shopping consideration when looking for the right compact crossover.
